Terms of Service

Business use

AutoScope Map is provided for business and professional use. You represent that you have authority to use the service for the organization or account you connect or describe.

Software output

The service provides workflow governance software, risk scoring, revocation playbooks, approval gap analysis, and report drafts. Outputs are informational and operational aids. They are not legal advice, security certification, audit attestation, or a guarantee of compliance.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for integration configuration, authorization to process workflow information, review of outputs before external use, maintaining your own backups, implementing remediation safely, and complying with laws, contracts, and platform terms that apply to your workflows.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attack systems, bypass access controls, extract secrets, violate platform rules, process unlawful data, infringe rights, or misrepresent compliance status. We may suspend access for security, abuse, payment failure, legal risk, or operational harm.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments or another listed provider. Growth annual is billed as an annual subscription at the price shown at checkout. Taxes, network fees, currency conversion, and provider fees may apply. Cryptocurrency payments may be irreversible once broadcast or confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

You may contact support@aigeamy.com about billing issues. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be limited where service access, onboarding, reports, or usage have already been provided. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights where they apply.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change features, limits, pricing, or providers as needed. We will try to avoid material disruption to active customers where commercially reasonable.

Confidentiality and data

Each party should protect non-public business information received through the service using reasonable care. You should not submit raw passwords, private keys, API secrets, or unnecessary sensitive data. Generated reports should be reviewed and redacted before sharing externally.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service, website, software, templates, and product design. You retain rights in your submitted workflow information and customer materials. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service according to these terms and your plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoScope Map and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or third-party claims arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized integrations, submitted data, external reports, violation of these terms, or misuse of third-party platforms.
