Information we process
We may process account contact details, billing metadata, support messages, website analytics, workflow inventory metadata, connected system names, credential labels, permission scopes, workflow configuration data, and evidence exports that customers choose to provide or generate. Customers should not upload secrets, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, create permission maps and reports, operate checkout and support, secure the service, analyze product performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell customer workflow data.
Payments
Payments are processed by NOWPayments. AutoScope Map receives limited payment status information such as invoice identifiers, order metadata, payment state, and plan selection. Cryptocurrency transactions may be public on their relevant networks and may be irreversible depending on network and provider rules.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, analytics, payment, email, security, and support providers that process information only as needed to operate the service. We require reasonable safeguards from providers where appropriate.
Security and retention

Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for having the right to submit workflow metadata, for configuring integrations lawfully, for reviewing generated reports before external sharing, and for avoiding unnecessary personal or confidential data in uploads.
International use
The service is intended for business users, including teams in the United States, Europe, and India. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Customers are responsible for their own transfer and compliance obligations where applicable.
Your choices
Contact support@aigeamy.com to request access, correction, deletion, or export of account-related information. We may retain information when required for security, legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
